Meet David-Manuel "DJ Luigie" Arrellano he is the Owner, Founder, CEO and DJ for FlatLand HubCity Internet Radio. Being born and raised in Lubbock, TX (currently residing in Tahoka, TX) and a graduate from Lubbock High School (Class of 2004)  and a US Navy Veteran, with 25 plus years experience and a former DJ at KZII FM (Formally Z102 from 2001-2004) he can definitely keep the party going and keep your guests entertained.
